Duties And Responsibilities

Reporting to the Audit Manager, the successful candidate shall inter-alia be responsible for the following:

Examining internal ICT controls currently in place, evaluating their design and operational effectiveness, determining exposure to risk, and developing mitigatory measures or remediation strategies.

Examining and identifying all systems and network security breaches.

Planning and executing ICT audit activities across the organization.

Identifying critical risks and recommending corrective steps to address them.

Providing recommendations and guidance on identified security and control risks.

Assisting in carrying out investigations.

Any other duties as assigned by the superiors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Information Systems.
• A professional qualification such as CISSP or CISA is a must.
• Proven knowledge of Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/ IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits.
• Great awareness of cyber security trends and hacking techniques.
• At least 2 years minimum ICT auditing experience.
