Cross–border travelers are requested to arrive an hour (60 minutes) before scheduled departure.

We require the following for one to be accepted in the franchise system: Vehicle License, Vehicle Insurance, Passenger Insurance and Certificate Of Fitness. The driver must have the following: Valid Retest License, Medical Certificate, Defensive Driving Certificate, License must be more than 3 years. ZUPCO will also conduct its checks and physical inspection of the bus or commuter omnibus.
